1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sip & Scale platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and participants in our events.
2. Event Curation & Allocation
Sip & Scale operates on a curated, invitation-only basis. Submitting an application through the platform does not guarantee admission to any event. Invitations are extended at the sole discretion of Sip & Scale and its authorized City Leads. We reserve the right to refuse service or invitations to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, are owned by Sip & Scale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. User Conduct & Professional Ethics
Participants are expected to maintain professional standards of behavior. You agree not to use the Service or attend events to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or professionally unethical. We reserve the right to ban or remove any individual from our community who violates these community standards without prior notice.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Sip & Scale events are private community gatherings. To protect the privacy of builders and entrepreneurs, all participants agree to uphold a strict standard of confidentiality regarding the content and dialogue of conversations observed during events, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon by all parties present.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sip & Scale, including its founders, leads, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of business, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or participation in any community events.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sip & Scale from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or participation in events.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Sip & Scale primary entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
