City Leads are the curators of their local hub. They understand that the best rooms aren't the biggest ones, but the ones with the highest signal.
From selecting the venue to hand-picking the guest list, they ensure that every dinner is a catalyst for something meaningful.
Being a Lead is about more than just hosting; it's about building a sustainable pipeline of talent and ambition in your own backyard.
We look for people who are natural connectors, relentlessly curious, and deeply embedded in their local startup or creative scene.
Responsibilities
01. Curation
Vetting every applicant and hand-picking 8-15 individuals per dinner. You are the primary filter for the community's signal.
02. Logistics
Selecting intimate venues and coordinating the table atmosphere. Every detail matters in creating a space for true momentum.
03. Facilitation
Leading the Sip & Scale rituals. You set the tempo for honest, deep-dive conversations that skip the small talk.
04. Stewardship
Maintaining the momentum between dinners and connecting builders in your city. You are the soul of the network in your hub.
