Hailey Yap is Co-Founder and President of Kultibado, connecting more than 100 farmers with over 30 restaurants and rescuing more than 1.5 tons of surplus produce.
An International School Manila graduate, she won the 2025 Earth Prize Southeast Asia & Oceania Regional Award and placed in the global top five at Oxford Saïd’s Climate Change Challenge.
She is pursuing Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University.
